Customers who downloaded app version "v1.0.55" experienced connectivity issues between 15:00 (JST) on July 1, 2024, and 10:00 (JST) on July 2, 2024. However, customers who downloaded the updated app version "v1.0.56," released at 3:00 (JST) on July 2, 2024, were not affected by this issue.
